”Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. ”

”Probably one of the cleanest best westerns I’ve stayed In has very good breakfast choices actually better than some of the high end hotels. The only complaint I really have is our 1st night there at 11 pm we had some people above us being extremely loud slamming things around and just being all together inconsiderate when I called to the front desk he was very dismissive of my concerns when I called back at 2 he still made excuses for them but he did say he’d call we listened to them for almost...
