âThe service was great at the lobby and concierge. The restaurant staff could have been a bit friendlier and alert. But otherwise great hotel, great location.
Keep in mind the hotel is older so the floors creak a ton while walking. â

âThe hotel is a beautiful old house with a lot of character. The personnel was really helpful and nice, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very clean and there was hot water in the shower. There was wifi and also a laptop for public use in the lounge area. Free tea and fruit and/or cake available all day. The hotel is located about 10 blocks from the main plaza, which didn't bother us, but I wouldn't recommend walking there alone at night.â
