”Staff is friendly and willing to offer recommendations of nearby places to visit. Establishment was clean and well maintained. They have a beautiful display of live plants throughout the lobby providing a lovely welcoming feeling. I appreciated their large display of menus of nearby restaurants. If I visit Gettysburg again I will be using this location again.”

”On a very busy Memorial weekend the staff did an excellent job of keeping us all happy. I only wish the bar had stayed open later! The breakfast was huge and hot and had everything you could imagine. I found the lighting in the room a tad dim except for the bathroom. Otherwise I have no other negative thoughts.”

”It is an older property, but was clean. We parked right in front of our room. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is great; convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions.”

”If you'd like to stay next to a highway with a steady stream of big rigs going by from early in the morning until late at night, all using their air brakes to slow down for the roundabout, this is the place for you. Don't think about peace and quiet, there isn't any. This is an ancient building located in the center of traffic. It was a mistake to stay there. We don't recommend it for any reason unless you don't need sleep. Now, the antique nature of the building is "cute" but not practical....

”Restaurant too far from rooms. Only one elevator works. Super clean super good. I enjoyed it. I just wish there was a bit more convenience. Spa only works select hours. No on property gym. If you wanna go to the athletic center, you have to drive a minute away it’s a separate building, but on the same property. Excellent consistency for the price close to my job and I’ve enjoyed it for this assignment and will continue to stay there”

”OK, this is not a fancy hotel. But for what I paid, I thought I got excellent value. The place was clean. My room was very comfortable. The staff was outstanding and helpful. There was a pet fee, but it wasn’t much None of these are always true when you say stay at a lesser priced motel, but I thought the Super eight in Gettysburg delivered excellent value for the price charge and I would highly recommend it. They are a superstar at this level of hotel and I’ve stated a lot of of Super eight...
