Beyond pissed. Reserved room on expedia. King suite with jacuzzi. Got there only to be told room was not available and put into a king room that stunk like urine, floor was filthy, no jacuzzi tub, room looked like it was in middle of construction, and we found ticks!!! We packed fast in the morning ...
