The sofa was visibly dirty. There were toenail clippings on the stairwell steps, and you have to walk up three flights of stairs with your luggage — no assistance, no warning. The entire property had an unpleasant odor. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The office area had dirty dishes just sitting on a...
