”Nice little B&B close to centre of the village and running trails. Lucie sent the access codes to the front door and room making the check-in a breeze. It was a bit chilly during the first night (central heating off at night), but Lucie provided a portable radiator and extra blanket, so the 2nd night was warm and cosy. Very clean room and comfy bed. Also the breakfast was great. ”

”L hôtel est très sympathique le personnel est très gentil. La chambre était très grande la salle de bien un peu vieillotte mais très propre. Le spa la piscine géniale. ”We had a fantastic stay, including our dog, she enjoyed all the facilities and high level care given to us all. Never have we stayed anywhere so dog friendly but still had high standards. Staff were friendly, attentive and food was good. We had spa treatments which were excellent and enjoyed the spa facilities too. The wonderful walks around the Goodwood estate. "Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "
