Part of the Brathay Cottages collection this traditionally built cottage is made with Lakeland stone with exposed beams. Situated on Old Lake Road, half way between Ambleside Village and Windermere Lake, Thomas Fold is just a short stroll from all the amenities of the village and the Ferry Terminal at Waterhead.

The kitchen is very well equipped with a tiled floor, Breakfast Bar, and Large 5 Hob Range oven it is perfectly suited for cooking large Lakeland Breakfasts.

There is a good sized sitting/dining room with a wall-mounted 42` TV with Sky and Sky Sports, there is also a Mini-Hifi and Free Wi-Fi broadband access throughout the house. Patio doors lead onto a large outside balcony with garden furniture ideal for eating outside in the better weather days.

Thomas Fold Cottage has 2 double bedrooms one twin room and a large family bathroom on the first floor. There is a further double bedroom with a Kingsize bed situated on the ground floor right next to the downstairs bathroom. Uniquely this offers accommodation to those of us who struggle with stairs.
