”Lovely cottage with nice outdoor space. The place was very clean, comfortable, quiet and inviting. Easy communication with host and very convenient to The Mill at Fine Creek where we attended a wedding. We would definitely stay here again. ”

”The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! ”

” Perfect place for my daughter sleepover birthday. The pictures online didn't do any justice. The home was peaceful, and location was close to the park, and stores. Communication was wonderful between me and the host. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Will definitely be back”

”We had a wonderful stay at this property. If you want sleek, modern, and quiet, this is not the place for you. But if you want charming, cozy, and comfortable, this is your spot. We stayed here for two nights with our young adult children and it was perfect. Enough room for everyone to have their own space, but great gathering spots indoors and out. Things you might want to know about this property:1. It is three floors, plus a basement, so if anyone in your group has trouble navigating stairs,...

”In town for tennis tournament. Great location; very easy to get to tournament site. House in nice neighborhood. Check in and check out a breeze. House well stocked with all kitchen needs-plenty of dishes, appliances, spices, etc. coffee maker (with left over coffee and filters) and Keurig machine with K cups. Would definitely stay again if another tournament in Midlothian.”

”Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals.”

”The house is a three bedroom fully finished home. Two bedrooms upstairs, and a spacious primary suite at the bottom level with a half bath (sink toilet no shower). Main bathroom is upstairs. Backyard is great for kids, it has a playground and corn hole. My only minor complaint is that the kitchen sink was difficult to set to cold, and I love to drink ice cold water. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends in the area, 9/10 would stay again ”
