Welcome to my charming house in Midlothian. This phenomenal property is a basement that was recently renovated into a beautiful suite. The 1 bedroom is separated from the rest of the space by a hallway and door. It has a king bed (new mattress )and plenty of dresser space. I have plenty of bedding for a perfect retreat. With amenities like heating, hair dryer, and AC, guests will feel right at home. You will also have high speed internet and most movie channels, Roku TV in the bedroom, 65inch voice controlled Samsung TV in living room. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The oversized shower comes with a rain shower head and bidett. The living room furniture is brand new with a recliner and a sofa that has a reading light, cup holders and 2 recliners.. The center console can also be closed to have a simple couch. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes, knives and silverware. It has a magnetic burner and double hot plate for ccooking or a George foreman grill. You can also use the outdoor blackstone BBQ grill. The back yard is a peaceful retreat at the deck and at the fire pit. Enjoy the plants and the patio lights. The frogs sing at night and the lightning bugs shine!! A glass of wine to unwind after work is the perfect way to enjoy!! The trees hide any neighbors. You also have 1 parking space right at your front keyless entry door, or 2 parking spots on request. The washer and dryer are shared, they are in the garage on your level.
