”Very cool place. Classic. Interesting layout. Great owner.”

”The host was very responsive to any questions I had, responding within a few minutes each time. The space was as advertised with all needed amenities. ”

”I highly recommend this property if you are ever in the Richmond Va area. The host was very friendly and helpful and responded right away when I needed to reach out!! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very accommodating with everything we needed.the backyard was quaint with just enough room for our fur baby. Plenty of shade for him to lounge around outside whenever he wanted to. I will definitely stay here whenever I’m in the area!!!!”

”We were on the way to visit my father at his home with hospice care, and we got a message from the host that the house was not available, and they would work on getting us a refund. Could not get another place to stay, as same day was too late. Super disappointed.”

”The place was very nice and as advertised. Big backyard for your dog.”

”Well stocked clean house. Very cute eclectic decorating. We loved that it was not close to the road.”

”It was clean and nicely Renovated. It was clear, that they have put in work to improve the house. The showers could use a user manual.”

”It was amazing and a great place to stay for our vacation”

”We had a wonderful stay at this property! Our kids loved the amazing backyard, cozy furniture, and it provided us a great launch pad for a swim meet for our daughter. The kitchen is amazing, way better than other rentals we've stayed in. Cooking and healthy foods are often key to our stays, and this place delivered!”

”All was great”

”Lots of mosquitoes, but they do anticipate this and give you bug spray to protect yourself while you're out on the deck.”

”Nice location and a clean house made for an easy stay.”

”The is a great property in a nice location. We only stayed for one night as we were in town after the death of a family member. This was an easy, family-friendly last minute booking. There was plenty of parking and room to stay comfortably for one night with a 6-year-old and four adults. Having a backyard with chairs was nice and we enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood. It was also close to grocery stores and a Ross, j crew factory, dsw and other stores. The host is very helpful, ...

”Nice”

”Really excellent property in a prime spot. High ceilings, full apartment amenities, sweet view of W Broad st. Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! They don't play.”

”We really enjoyed our stay, Friday - Sunday. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, comfortable and spacious. Street park was easily available and the location is good. Note: as stated in the description, the area is very close to VCU, lots of students living in the area. They were very loud on Friday and Saturday late night into the early morning... bring earplugs, it helps a lot.”
