”Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean.”

”The hot water when you take a shower is horrible it’s not warm in the middle of your shower you get cold unacceptable. I’m not sure who decided to make the toilets in the bathrooms so low to the floor you must think about senior citizens having to squat solo almost falling to the floor that’s unacceptable housekeeping not understanding English this is America come on now. The assistant manager was so welcoming he is a people person”

”Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a good location as you could walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a lot of options. My only room complaint was that the bathroom needs to be updated soon. Some of the floor trim was broken and there was rust on the shower. They also coulld use more parking. They were residing so a few spots were blocked off and I had to park across the street many times.”

”We were disappointed by the bathroom because there was no place to put toiletries. A table or countertop would have been very nice to have had. There was no soap for the shower. Thankfully we had some of our own. No box of tissues. Overall it was a positive experience. We enjoyed staying there. Thank you.”

”Property is amazing and home renovation and condition was outstanding, unfortunately we went on a cold weekend and the room was freezing (60°F) with no way to adjust temperature. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. These conditions resulting in almost no sleep.”

”I booked the room for the Amelia Concours. While the stay was relatively pleasant and uneventful, there were a few issues. There were many pros but as many cons. This review highlights the painpoints.
Where they skimped was the bath towels - felt like sandpaper. You'd think a hotel like Marriott would spend a little more for better, softer towels, but that's not the case. I'm sure that was an accountant's decision.
Room cleanliness - not entirely clean because I found disgusting nail...

”If you are booking the Surf and Sand for the free hot breakfast, don’t bother. There is a limited selection and when we went this morning the bagels, bread, and croissants were completely wiped out with no replenishment. Other than that, the hotel is very well located being close to the beach, 2 restaurants within walking distance and a short ride into town.”
