What truly made the experience stand out was the hotel team — every department was warm, welcoming, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. Special mention to the staff at the pool, who were absolutely amazing and made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended and would definitely return in the future.”

Situated close to the city walls, taxis and transport can drop you right at the door — a real advantage when you see so many tourists dragging their suitcases through the Medina. Being on the edge means zero hassle, yet it’s still only a 15‑minute walk to the main square. Hamid and the team are exceptional. The setting is beautiful, the location is ideal, and the breakfast is excellent. The team looked after our family with genuine care — nothing was ever too...

”The property was delightful- so esthetically done up and with such thoughtful details. The staff was very courteous and helpful and always so good with any requests we made. The hospitality was so heartwarming- we were served hot tea and cookies when we arrived and were served lunch as soon as we were ready for it. The swimming pool was perfect for our 5-year old and he loved being in there. The breakfast was all home made and fresh with different items served each time- the yogurt, amlou, honey...

”Cute cozy corner. Great staff. Once you are inside, all good. My only comment is that the access during the last 100-200 meters was dirty, smelly and had garbage. Not the hotels responsibility directly, but if I had a hotel there, I would get the riads together and create a hygiene program. That would be good for everyone.”
