”Great hotel! Enjoyed my stay”

”I stayed in a king room. Everything was very clean. I didn't hear hallway or other room noise. The breakfast was excellent. The only complaint is the inability to stream without casting to the television.”

”Shuttle was great”

”All good apart from the bed one night. Stayed in 250 and was a good king, stayed in 130 had a thinner lumpy mattress. Apart from that all my stays there have been great. Best value in Nashville within walking or a short drive/Uber downtown.”

”TV did not work. Picked up the phone to call front desk and it did not work. Very nice man restarted the Direct TV box (which we tried) said he would see what he could do but never came back. Saturday in October, would be kinda nice to have a TV”

”Staff is great, Adam was awesome, room very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great.”

”Totally awesome”

”Everything was good from checkin to breakfast and checkout”

”The property was filthy - I mean the walls were dirty . The bathroom was filthy, the shower looked stained. Dead bugs in the bathroom and main room. The bed blocked the bathroom door, so the bed was shifted at a slant to be able to use the door. The headboard was stripped of the trim , leaving exposed areas of glue and debris. The floors were dirty , littered with bugs. The room reeked like Nag Champa incense, the smell was so strong it was nauseating. I was also propositioned in the parking...

”Hallway smells marijuana, dirty room, rust lamps, dirty toilet bowl, TV remote broken, a cockroach was found in the room, phone not working, microwave unplugged, bath tub dirty. No recommended.”

”TV didn't work properly, faucet in the sink was loose, toilet seat was taped together and the walls were very thin. But the price was right, the location was okay, and nobody messed with my truck or room”

”There was absolutely nothing to like about this property at all. If I could give them zero stars I would! Expedia should remove them from their site the bathroom had mold in the ceiling light, vent fan caked with dirt cockroach coming out of a crack in the tile floor was filthy and carpet stain mattress filthy and only a sheet covering it. Chair had rips and stains. They refused to give a refund because we had already checked in. Well ya have to check in to get a room key!”

”Very poor, loud, prostitution, etc. I didn’t get much sleep and the room had nothing - not even soap or shampoo.”

”Our stay was fantastic with a beautiful view of the city. The host stay incontact with us making sure everything was going well, which was amazing. You have enough space for the entire family plus some. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay. We would definitely book again.”

”Nice property, has a lot of stairs, still had a good stay.”

”Master shower was awesome! Kitchen and living room are were also very spacious. And the rooftop offered my family a quiet evening space to unwind . It was also a short uber ride to broadway and the gulch.. which I would recommend due to the lack of parking and the high parking fees .”
