We never received the email with our room number or the security code. After standing outside in the heat with all of our luggage, we had to call for assistance. The person on the phone kept insisting the email had been sent, but we never received it. Eventually, they texted us the information so we could get inside. While we were waiting, another...

”The room was very nice. Everything was what you would expect. The only downfall was that one night I ordered room service and it wasn’t very good. And it was only nachos for $20 something dollars”

”The pool was closed didnt pass inspection wasnt told when booked or at check in didnt know interstate was right behind the building all washer was broken would spend out the water had what look like homeless and people drug people hanging around and staying in the building door to refrigerator was broken I didn't stay but 2 nights because my aunt passed away I had leave management refused give me my money back I'm still having pay payment on this place I do hot recommended it the bath tub so...

”The room was HUGE and the bed was so comfortable! The bathroom was also huge and so was the shower, and it was so clean! The staff weren’t the most conversational but that was honestly perfect cause everything got done fast and I didn’t feel pressured to have a full conversation after a long drive. They also fixed my room key immediately when it wasn’t working. Genuinely great place and will probably stay here again when I come back to Nashville!”

”This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The floor was filthy. The sheets looked stained and dirty. There was mold in the shower. AND... to add insult to injury, the smoke detector outside my room was beeping all night. Terrible.”

”First let me start off by saying the office/check in person was very polite. The room itself could use some serious maintenance. Holes in walls, bathroom sink not in bathroom, broken curtain rod on window, and no cleaning staff. This place is basically a prostitute’s office, if you catch my drift. I would recommend that you not refer anyone to this establishment”
