”My husband and I were driving my mother to Albuquerque from Illinois to live with us, and we stayed one night at this hotel. She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled. ”Big room that also looked very nice. Very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Easy parking outside. The only thing is that the rooms can be combined and those doors definitely don't isolate anything, you could easily hear your neighbors talking and watching tv. ”

”My first impression of the front office was that it was dingy and badly in need of new paint. The door frame was peeling and the area looked run down. The first room assigned had a very musty smell, a large dead roach in the floor and peeling shower. Front desk staff was able to assign a different room with no problem. Second room had a dehumidifier running which helped but shower was peeling in that room too. Had to request a clean sheet as there was a questionable stain on one of them....
