”There was some hairs in the bathroom but overall clean. Very comfortable beds. We stayed on the 1st floor which was a bit noisy so fyi. Otherwise a great stay.”

”My husband and I were driving my mother to Albuquerque from Illinois to live with us, and we stayed one night at this hotel. She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled. My husband and I went to the restaurant and ordered food for us, with a part of the meal "to-go" to take back to the room. Our server was very attentive,...

”When you booked it third party, they overbooked and tell not sure why it’s letting you booked but we have no rooms and there’s nothing we can do. Refund takes forever to get one because the third party thinks your checked in and your not and you end up sleeping in your car.”

”Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites.”

”Big room that also looked very nice. Very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Easy parking outside. The only thing is that the rooms can be combined and those doors definitely don't isolate anything, you could easily hear your neighbors talking and watching tv. ”

”Room was very clean. We didn't run into any problems at all. We didn't have opportunity to have a breakfast since we left very early. Property has on site parking, paid, $15 per night. For the price of the room you pay it could be complimentary.”

”Hotel room was not very clean, especially the bathroom area. There were gnats and other bugs in the room. The hotel is old and outdated and is being remodeled. The listing should indicate that renovations are being done.”

”The blanket and one of the pillows had stains, we had to go to the front desk to tell them our TV said it didn't have service and they gave us a different remote that "might help" (it had tape holding the batteries in, but did indeed help us turn the TV to the correct channel for hdmi), there was only 1 washer and dryer that took quarters but they didn't have a way to get quarters, our floor reeked of marijuana, and the free breakfast was the skimpiest I've ever seen.”
