”No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again.”

”We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and staff were excellent and a fun place to stay. We had an A/C issue and they did offer to move us to another room, but we were tired and it was late when we got back. Things worked out fine though and we'd gladly return again.”

”What I liked was that the room was adequately clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was wide open with many tables spread around. It would have been a better experience if the closet in the room was maintained well and organized. Breakfast could have included more choices of items.”

”I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work.”

”This historic property is filled with art deco touches. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, soft towels. We were disappointed that there is no on site food option, particularly for breakfast.”

”Booked a suite, got a regular king...no big deal, just called down and they fixed it immediately awesome. Got into the suite had a view of the ventilation system of the building not of anything else no balcony no nothing. Ok I can get past all that after a long day of travel go to relax pop on some Netflix takes about 15min to sign in tv acting real slow. Shut it off turned it back on didnt get better but after about 20 min of loading a show just b started to play I said you know what its been a...

”All the staff were friendly and helpful (front desk, maids, restaurant server). We loved the free coffee and tea every morning in the lobby area and the free covered parking. We also really enjoyed the ability to walk to all the cute shops and cafes in the historic village of Williamsville.”
