”Christina helped us at the bar with dinner and always greets us so warmly. Not only was she there working at 8:30 at night but we saw her at breakfast as well. Every single interaction with her has be so warm, welcoming and enjoyable. She’s such a magnetic person. ”

”The front desk was very helpful, breakfast was simple but delicious esp the waffles. My room had an open concept very room and had great natural light. ”

”Clean room, fridge and microwave were appreciated. No soap in shower but i always being my own anyway. We were in an accessible room which I hadn’t expected but it was all fine.”

”The hotel room was not clean at all. There was hair everywhere, and the toilet was dirty. The bed sheets were also in poor condition — they had hair, dirt, and even cigarette burn marks, and looked very unclean. Despite it being late at night, I had to try to sleep through constant dog barking from around 10 PM until morning. It was a very uncomfortable experience.”

”Heading to our room the wall said “Ice Machine and Vending Machine” but there was only the ice machine. The vending machine was on the other side of the hotel. The bar/restaurant drinks and food weren’t very good. They had construction going outside but it didn’t interfere with our stay. ”

”The tv remote wasn't working. I called the front desk and he told me to pick up a new remote from the front desk. That one didn't work either. I gave up. When I checked in, there was no one at the counter for 10 minutes and no way to get anyone's attention. When the guy showed up he said he was "wandering around the hotel." He checked me in and never said one word about an extra $100 deposit he charged for "incidentals." I didn't know about it till the next morning when I saw the money being...

”No bath towels or toilet paper in the room when we checked in. Random hairs on the bed and on hand towels. Room smelled terrible of cigarettes, there was also a giant crater in the middle of the bed which made sleeping uncomfortable. Front desk lady was super nice and informative. Definitely looked better online than in person. ”

”I’m always amazed that chain hotels that are supposed to be professional in the sleep business neglect so many aspects of it. Parasite lights (clock, microwave, etc). This room had a huge gap at the door with the light of the corridor beaming into the room at night. AC making a jet sound when starting with weak cold air that could not maintain proper temperature. To say the least I did not spend a quality night of sleep. ”
