”Old, worn down hotel with very uninspired people. The first room I was given was terrible quality and so loud with street noise it was impossible to sleep. I was forced to pay for an upgrade to a "club" floor, which is basically the same room but comes with free soda, as it was the only room available that wasn't facing the street. IMO I should not have been charged for that.
Overall this is a 2-star hotel and I would avoid it if you can find any other options. It's about a 30min walk to...

”The staff were great particularly the front deck. Richard who works in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor is amazing. We remember him from previous stays. He is unfailingly courteous kind and always looking to help his clients. Richard goes above and beyond his duties to be helpful. We were so happy that he was still here after our many stays at Embassy Suites. ”
