”This hotel is conveniently located off the free way and a short drive to downtown Omaha. One morning we drive to the riverside park and walking path in Omaha for a lovely morning walk. ”

”I would give this hotel a zero star for staff if I could. We arrived only to not have a room. The lady helping us said she could see the reservation, but couldn’t access it. When I asked what they could do about it so we could stay, the other lady up front looked at us, rolled her eyes, and walked away. All the rooms were booked so we had to find another place to stay. ”

”The hotel wasn’t bad but if you are black you don’t want to stay here. I am white and my husband is black and we were pretty much discriminated against. The one guy in the morning would go around and give me chocolate and other things but never once offered anything to my husband or myself. Then on Sunday the day we were checking out we went to have breakfast around 8:30/9 and our room keys wouldn’t work so we could get back into our room to pack our things up.
