"Aavistuksen jo elämää nähnyt hotelli, mm. kylppäri ehkä kaipaisi jo päivitystä. Paikallisbussi 423 ajaa ihan ohi ja vie terminaaliin 5, josta sitten pääset muihin terminaaleihin helpolla. Aamiainen ok ja kiva, kun kuuluu hintaan."

"The location worked really well for us. There are two metro lines nearby, as well as a great big shopping centre. There’s also a Lidl close by, which was very useful for getting breakfast things and snacks at a good price. I also liked that the hotel is not right in the city centre. The area felt more local, with lots of people actually living there. In the evening, the area can feel a little rough, but we didn’t have any problems. The hotel is modern and looks really nice. Compared to my previous stay, there had been quite a few improvements, which was nice to see. Our room was in the basement, which actually worked well for us. It was quiet and the lack of daylight meant we could sleep longer without being woken up early. The fridge in the room was the main problem. It didn’t work properly, and although someone came to fix it once, it still wasn’t working afterwards. This was a bit annoying as some of our food and snacks went bad. For a longer stay, I think I would have liked a bit more space to just sit and relax. There is a nice seating area already, but I would have enjoyed having a place where you could spend more time. Having coffee available throughout the day would have been a nice extra too. One other thing to mention is that getting the £100 pre-authorisation back took quite a long time. Overall, we had a good stay, and I was happy to see the improvements compared to my previous visit."

"Hotelli oli Lontoon yleiseen tasoon verrattuna erittäin siisti ja puhdas (ei viitettä luteista tms). Palvelu oli nopeaa ja hyvää. Aamiainen oli hyvä mm croissantit oli tuoreita. Lasta ilahdutti pannukakkukone. Hotelliravintolan päivällinen oli koko perhe huomioiden ihan ok. Kylpylävuoro varattiin erikseen, mutta sen sai haluamalle ajalle. Uima-allas oli noin 12x5m ja noin 120-140cm syvä (ja uimavalvoja oli paikalla!). Uima-allastilaan näkymä lasiseinäisestä saunasta, sauna oli 60C, kiuas piilossa, ei löydyn mahdollisuutta (mutta ihan ok lämmittelyyn). Jotkut yksittäiset esineet (mm osa kylpyläosaston lokeroiden ovista) oli ilmeisesti kovan kulutuksen seurauksena rikki ja yksi WC-pönttö huonohkosti kiinni seinässä. Hotellin vierestä menee bussit South Ealing -asemalle ja viereisen moottoritien varresta Ealing Broadwaylle noin 5-10min välein, mutta kokonaisuudessaan seikkailu keskustaan vie ruuhka-aikana noin 50min. Lentokentälle pääsee hyvin ja hieman nopeammin. Hotelli on moottoritien varressa, jonkin verran kuuluu liikenteen ääniä. Pikkukauppa ja kahvila viereisessä talossa, lähin McDonalds ja muita ravintoloita Brentfordissa noin 1km päässä. Saattaisin mennä uudelleenkin."

"Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant. The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the lobby cafe (noisy) to deliver my training session. This was very unfortunate. "
