When I am in a hotel booked for 4 people, I expect to see 4 towels in the room plus enough shampoo/conditioner… the klinex box was left there empty. For early check out they offer me a breakfast box to go. The fridge in the room, was not even working. The sandwiches and ham we had were warm the next day. The blue ice did not get frozen. I think the fridge was not working. I did online check in, which they said it did not go through. And when...

There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for...
