âOur second time at this hotel, the rooms are extremely spacious, great for couples or families. The hospitality shown at the front desk and housekeeping was outstanding! But what impressed us the most, is we did have a couple issues with our room. Nothing that could not be solved. The management handled it with efficiency and were very accommodating. Highly recommend and will definitely return when in the Lancaster area.â

âThe staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean as well. The amenities were so nice, the gym is 24 hours which is great, along w breakfast being included w your booking. Something that really just sold my whole experience was the automatic self serve pancake machine at breakfast. Very cool.â
