They literally exploited my situation and forced me to book another room: I booked a suite at this hotel last minute because our 1:00am flight was canceled. We were two adults and 4 little kids (all under 10). When I arrived I was forced to book and pay for another room because they won’t let us stay in one room. They forced us to sleep in two different rooms on separate floors. So they split the family and the room we were given was a smoking room smelled so bad I couldn’t sleep.
When we arrive to the hotel around 2:00am with sleepy and exhausted little kids and lots of luggage. The guy on the front desk saw that and took advantage of us. There was no way I would say no when they said that I couldn’t stay in one room and that I have to book a second one at their highest rate. Pure greed and inhumane treatment. Let alone I couldn’t even sleep in the extra room that I was forced to book because it was on a smoking floor. And the fact that they made us wait for almost an hour in the lobby to give this “great” deal.
Shame on you!
