”We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very clean and spacious. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. We loved the convenience of the pick up and drop off options and used it several times. The driver was courteous, on time and very helpful. The apartment is perfect for a stay close to the airport and you will find that it’s a very walkable neighborhood with a bakery just up the street and a square not to far away where we got amazing gyros. I would 100% stay here again!”

”The best service I've ever had in any hotel! Only 40 rooms and a lot of staff, so they have time for everyone. Felt like they actually care for you, and don't just do it because they have to. Facilities (room, pool, common areas) actually better than the photos, and this is something that never happens. Notice also the park area with seating behind the pool area, and the free gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Great breakfast buffet and many other menus to choose from during the day. Only minus is that...

”Nach Wunsch wurde das Zimmer immer gereinigt. Das Inventar sowie Sanitär ist alt, aber wird sauber gehalten. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Der Strandblick war wunderschön, nur für die Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm musste man zahlen. Für 2x Liegestühle + 1x Sonnenschirm waren es 20€.”

”Ein Boutique Hotel mit 101 Zimmern ... ich hatte mir das Hotel etwas kleiner vorgestellt, der Frühstückssaal hatte auch die Atmosphäre einer Bahnhofshalle, zum Essen gab es sehr viel Auswahl, aber der Kaffee war sehr wenig inspirierend, und Butter als Brotaufstrich war gar nicht verfügbar (nur Margarine). Wir hatten einen Bungalow gemietet, sehr schön und sehr zu empfehlen, erreichbar oben am Hang glücklicherweise mit einem Schrägaufzug. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist super...

”Ionian Arches is a really well located, clean, family run place. The photos on the listing definitely glamorise it a bit - e.g we chose a superior room with garden view, which actually looked out onto the driveway and some plants. We were also a bit disappointed to find our breakfast is only offered in the summer - June onwards - but luckily there are lots of cafes in walking distance. Our shower also didn’t work great due to the water coming out in one pressurised stream from the middle. But...

”All Inclusive was great. It included besides wine/beer also different cocktails and even cava. Also activities by the staff were great (darts, pentanque, aqua gym etc.) Mini golf course. Good food and coctails. Area is clean and nice. Great view from the main restaurant and nice evening programs. Beach was not that good and water in the pool was too cold. If possible then we recommend to book the bungalow.”

We were staying here for 7 nights and realized it's not possible to stay here after 4 nights and requested a refund for the last 2 days given the following reasons with evidence. But the gentleman at the reception said to allow the cleaning team to come in, which we were already doing, which had no relevance. 1. Air conditioning close to not functioning and limited to 23 degrees as the minimum while being around 15/20 years old....
