”Clean, comfortable rooms. Good location if you are going to the Opry. Would have given it five stars but there were not coffee pots in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby which is fresh ground and good it was just inconvenient for several of us.”

”The room was great. It’s large with a kitchen and living area with a couch and desk. It was clean. The toilet paper was horrible! Very thin and scratchy. The tissue paper was ok. If you have a big beautiful well equipped studio suite why would there be such cheap toilet paper? The breakfast buffet was ok. I would have preferred regular scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. No everyone likes turkey sausage. I know very few people who eat it. I saw a lot of people go to the hot items, lift...

”There is a lot to like about this hotel. Our room was clean and pleasant..Very comfortable. Totally Adequate bath. Nice tv and couch. When my husband and I needed separate space, there was a social/business area downtown where it was possible to read or write. There was similar outdoor space if we had not wanted to hang out in our room. The staff were constantly helpful and pleasant. There was a very pleasant breakfast area. I wanted something small and protein packed so I ordered two eggs...

”Air conditioning was window unit. Loud, not great. Grounds were overgrown with weeds. Parking lot looked sketchy. The back door wasn’t locked. Usually room key entry. It was wide open day and night. Breakfast was sparse. Juice machines didn’t work. Coffee watered down. Horrible. Hot water in shower lasted 2 minutes. In town on CMA weekend so not a lot of options.”

”I was traveling to Nashville for a special event and The Grand Ole Opry. This hotel and the staff were absolutely wonderful! Being a solo female traveler, I requested an interior room to feel safer, and they followed through. Everyone was so sweet at the front desk, as well as in the restaurant. This is such a charming hotel, I will definitely be back!”
