The breakfast buffet had lots of options which was nice. The front desk was very helpful. My husband is disabled and so they recommended we take the transportation bus over to The Grand Ole Opry. ”The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life, especially the breakfast and staff. Breakfast was terrible. Terrible food, and the coffee / orange juice were added too much tap water in it. ”Staff were friendly and helpful overall. I did request a wake up call twice and did not receive it either time. Room also did not get cleaned in spite of my complaints to host on duty and talking to cleaning lady. I don’t think she spoke or understood English. Bartenders were great.
