Very friendly staff and a little remote location
The room was a very basic hotel room. The room was otherwise pretty clean but there was a random juice bottle under the bed that wasn't ours. There is not much to see around the hotel apart from the lovely park, but the tram station is very close so the city centre is easily accessible. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The breakfast is very European - bread, yoghurt, fruit, croissants and eggs.

Hyvä hotelli, josta hyvät yhteydet keskustaan
Hotelli oli lyhyen taksimatkan päässä lentokentältä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone oli siisti ja uusi, miinuksena tallelokeroa ei ollut. aamiaisessa ei tarjoiltu lämpimiä ruokia mutta muuten se oli hyvä. Hotelli oli suht kaukana keskustasta, mutta metro/spora asema on aivan 50 metrin päässä. Sporalla pääsee keskustaan noin 25 minuutissa ja samalla voi katsoa maisemia. Matka ei todellakaan ole pitkä, joten sijainnin takia tätä ei kannata jättää valitsematta.

Ihan hyvä hotelli, mutta sijainti vähän heikko. Taksilla täytyi kulkea keskustaan. Tosin suht lähellä lentokenttää - jos siihen tarkoitukseen tarvitsee hotellia. Noin 10-15min taksilla lentokentälle.

Rauhallinen sijainti
Hotelli oli kaikilta osin erittäin hyvä. Aamiainen ei aivan vastannut "Continental" -aamiaista, sillä lämmin osuus puuttui. Ympäristö on hieman epäsiisti, mutta ei haitannut lomaamme. Yhteys keskustaan sujui hyvin raitiovaunulla, kesto noin puoli tuntia. Raitiovaunu sekä metro lähtevät aivan hotellin läheisyydestä.

Excellent hotel if you are willing to use public transportation, which is excellent. Rooms were very silent, also in the ground floor.

Hyvä hotelli - hieman kaukana
Taattua Holiday Inn tasoa, minkä perusteella valitsimme hotellin! Hotelli oli hieman kaukana keskustasta, mutta kulkuyhteydet olivat loistavat (raitiovaunu- ja metropysäkki oli 100 m: n päässä hotellista). Ilmainen aamiainen oli hyvä. Hotelli oli rauhallisella alueella ja lähellä oli mm. ruokakauppoja. Helppo tulla/mennä lentokentälle junalla (n. 10 min Amsterdam Zuid - asema).

Sopivasti syrjässä Amsterdamin keskustasta
Erittäin siisti uusi hotelli. Sijaitsee noin 20min päässä Amsterdamin keskustasta rauhallisella aluella, joka takaa hyvät unet raskaan päivän päätteeksi. Huoneissa säädettävä ilmastointi, WLAN ja kaikki perusvarusteet. Aamiainen ei ollut kovin kummoinen, mutta kyllä sillä pahimman nälän saa selätettyä.

My family had a pleasurable stay. First, it was one of the few hotels to offer a 3-bedroom room. The location between Schipol airport and the city center was very convenient for accessing, arriving, and leaving. There are plenty of grocery shops around the hotel. The staff was always prompt to help with any request. I want to personally thank Rachelle, Maks, Sergio, Sara and Alex for making our stay to adorable.

Every time I visit Amsterdam, I always like staying at this property for it location and the staff's attention to detail. They are always helpful and go iver and beyond to make tou feel qelcomed. Amsterdam Zuid is one stop from Schipol Airport and that is very convenient. The number 5 tram will take you straight to Leidseplein, which is home to many great pubs with outdoor seating and a cozy atmosphere. Hands down, this property has an A in my book!

When we came into the room in December (outside Temp 0 degree Celsius) the room was not heated and hat 16 degrees Celsius (which seemed to be no surprise to the front desk). When turning on the heating it turned out the heating was broken. After notifying the front desk we got a heater and extra blankets for the room which made it better but it was still not very cosy in the room. Service depended a lot on the shifts. Some were very nice and helpful.

Great location. Quiet. STaff very helpful. Breakfast OK...constantly had to ask staff to replenish kosher items but they responded quickly. Front desk helpful. Rooms clean and updated but TV channel selection poor. Rooms small. Common areas were dirty. Vacuuming should take place daily.

Bed Bugs alerts. We were attacked by lots of bedbugs at this hotel. We were sent to another room that was dirty and later found more bed bugs in. In the end left the hotel but only got refunded for the nights that we didn't stay. By principle alone they should have refunded it all.

Very helpful
We were caught up in the UK flight problems and had to find accommodation. Holiday Inn is a company we knew we could rely on. Easy to book. Staff were very accommodating to our unusual needs. No suitcase, no toiletries, no spare clothes, no plug adapter, no phone charger.

Excelente la estadía. Los chicos de recepción todos muy atentos. La zona es lejos pero es muy pero muy linda. Muchos parques para recorrer.
