Incredibly great service and nice location
The welcoming to hotel was super nice. I had the early flight and staff arranged me a room 5 hrs early to normal check-inn time. Service was superb in everyway. Love little boutique hotel with comfortable beds and nice location. Well definitely come here again!

Just perfect
We had a three day visit to beautiful Amsterdam with our team and Hotel Sebastian´s was perfect. Our three separate beds were duóuble and single but we made it work and staff did try their best to separate beds. This is probably the only thing we can even think to fault and like I said, we madee it work and it didn´t ruin pur trip but if you really need single beds, make sure first you get them. Three person room are perfact for friends or family of three. Staff was superb! Just wonderfull and made sure we had amazing trip. Breakfest was really good. You can rent bikes from hotel and it´s on easy acces by foot when expolring the city. Thank you!

Loistava pienhotelli rauhallisella paikalla
Erinomainen hotelli. Mukava huone, loistava aamupala. Kun ulostsekatessani mainitsin sänkylampun turhan heikosta valaistuksesta reseptionisti soitti siltä istumalta huoltomiehelle ja pyysi korjaamaan asian seuraavaa asiakasta varten, samalla pahoitteli.

Good location, comfortable bed and quiet. It might be a Europe issue, but bathroom and overall space a bit small. A tall or heavier person would have a tough time in the bathroom and moving around the room. We did enjoy our stay overall.

Overall good location and clean rooms, barely enough room for a couple and their luggage. Construction on -1 made you feel not in a hotel. A bit pricey but overLl good.

PROS The hotel’s location was excellent. A quiet neighborhood close to transportation, shops, restaurants and situated on one of the loveliest canals in the city. The staff were all friendly and helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed very comfortable, loved the windowed balcony and very much appreciated having coffee/tea and refrigerator provided. Housekeeping did a great job👍 CONS Those with mobility issues will find lots so stairs throughout the hotel a problem. Signs of wear are beginning to appear in the room, with some wall paper beginning to separate from the wall. The bathroom is very tight. Our biggest problem was the shower, which overflowed the drain no matter how we tried to avoid it. We asked housekeeping about it and they said it was like that in all the rooms. The last thing one wants to contend with after a shower is tending to the flooded floors. We did our best. Seems this could and shoul be resolved by management.

The location is great, convenient to the station and is very walkable. As described on the website, it is an old building, so the rooms are small and the floors are a bit creaky. Bed was super comfy and rooms were clean.

Loved this Hotel. Hotel Sebastian’s is located in a quaint neighbourhood in Amsterdam. Location is right next to the canals, close to tourist sites, restaurants, and walking distance to the train station. The staff were professional, attentive, friendly, and sociable. Loved the room we were staying in. It was clean and roomy. Our AC did not work and they could not get a technician out until Monday. Thankfully opening the window helped cool the room down. Also the Hotel comped our breakfast for our stay, due to the AC not functioning. I would DEFINITELY stay at this hotel again in the future!!!!!

Room was beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave good directions and helped book tickets for canal boat tour. Numerous emails before arriving giving good information about arriving to hotel, restaurants and other helpful hints. Very nice boutique hotel!

Loved the canal view. It made the stay feel very authentic as you can see the boats, bikers and hear the ducks! The breakfast option was very nice, convenient and affordable. But there were no fruit or vegetable options which was the only negative.
