Henkilökunta oli äärimmäisen iloista ja ystävällistä. Huoneen siivouksessa ei ollut moittimista.

Erikoinen rakennus
Hotelli sijaitsi ihanan rauhallisella alueella Amsterdamin humuun verraten, kuitenkin helposti junalla saavutettavissa, niin kentältä kuin keskustasta. Aamupala hintava 18,5e, mutta Aamupala valikoima oli riittävä ja piti nälkää hyvin. Erikoisesta ulkonäöstään huolimatta, hotellin huoneet olivat ihan perushuoneita.

Hotellin sijainti 15 minuutin junamatkan päässä Amsterdamin keskustasta, mutta junaasema hyvin hotellin vieressä ja junia kulkee n. 15 minuutin välein. Hotelli sijaitsee tosi viehättävävällä alueella ja ympäristössä paljon ravintoloita ja liikkeitä. Hotellihuoneet ovat hyvät ja siistit, vuoteet Ok, vähän kapeahkot. Aamiaisbuffet kehno hintaansa nähden 18€. Aivan hotellin vieressä hyvä ravintola, jossa runsas aamiaislautanen maksaa alle 10€.

Nice enough hotel, but it's really all about the exterior. The room was pretty basic, certainly not on a par with other 4 star hotels I've stayed at. We stayed for 4 nights, including a busy weekend, and there was only one lift working the whole time. This wasted a lot of time having to stop at nearly every floor and squeeze too many people, often with luggage, into the lift. Often had to let it go and wait even longer for it to come back. The escalator on the outside of the hotel that takes you up to the street level where the train station is was also out of action the whole time. I probably wouldn't have mentioned this, but having read reviews from the weeks previous to our trip, I see that it was not just bad timing on our part, but appears to have been going on for some time. Not sure of this is owned/operated by the hotel, but it is something they should be working to get sorted as it's how you access the hotel when you arrive. The access to the reception area is a little awkward as you walk around the side of the bar and can get busy at breakfast time as it's also where the breakfast is served. Staff were friendly enough, the bar staff in particular were very nice (although we weren't able to get drinks one evening because the card machine had broken and for some reason that meant we weren't able to charge to the room either).

r place to stay if you are visiting Amsterdam. This is an extremely safe clean hotel and so close to the train station. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet it was delicious with eggs bacon sausage vegetables salmon fruit salad yogurt pastries and assorted juices and a coffee machine. We had dinner here the first night we arrived after a 2 week tour and the prosciutto pizza was delicious as well as the fish and chips. Staff are extremely courteous and respectful and willing to help you with directions. The windmills are very close by. Everything is close by shopping grocery stores and the train station making it so easy to stay. The room was lovely with a large bathtub. Definitely worth every penny!

Modern eingerichtetes Hotel, zentral gelegen. Rückseite zur Fußgängerzone hin, daher alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Bahnhof nur ca 3 Min. Fußweg entfernt. Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl. Die Auswahl abends im Restaurant war jetzt nicht so üppig, aber das, was wir probiert haben, war gut. Mehrere verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe (durch die Fußgängerzone erreichbar).

This place is perfect if you are coming to Amsterdam to explore the city and surrounding area. It is literally 10 minutes from Amsterdam Central station to Zaandam and when you walk out of Zandaam station this hotel is right there in all its glory. Also two stations away from the windmills. So many great food options and shopping around. The hotel has a great restaurant and fun patio on the water to enjoy a drink or a meal. The hotel itself is so clean and so cool looking. The pool is excellent with a view of the water and patio outside and the rooms are perfection! Stayed for 3 nights in our two week European getaway and we wish we could’ve spent a whole week. Definitely the best spot to stay rather than right in Amsterdam.

I loved this hotel, so quirky and beautiful. The staff were friendly and polite. The hotel itself was clean, rooms serviced daily and a plentiful supply of clean towels provided. There was the added bonus of a safe and fridge within the room. Bath and separate shower facilities in the bathroom. Spacious and comfortable room, nice big bed with tv. Good view from the windows, looking out on the canal. The location was perfect, right outside the train station so not far to walk at all. An array of shops, restaurants, bars and a market just steps away! Great nightlife in the evening along at the ‘square’. Although all these things are nearby, there was no noise. A calm and relaxed area. Breakfast was just what was expected, a nice selection offered and champagne at breakfast time is always a treat! Didn’t use the wellness facilities but looked lovely. Would highly recommend as easy to travel into city centre, will definitely return!

This was the second time we stayed over the last 2 years and the hotel has went down hill, we will not stay here again. We payed for a room with a sauna and then was told we were not able to use it. The room was filthy and I will be sharing the photos in the google review. Dirt and stains all over the walls and something disgusting under the side table. When I brought this up to the staff they argued with me and said that there was no one onsite to help me with the complaint. We were dismissed and told that the manager would contact us which they never did. When I requested to speak to the manager later that day, magically she wasn’t there again! Then on the last day of our stay at 4pm when I requested a reduced rate be a we were unable to use the facilities that we paid for they offered to displace us for 3 hours while they clean. We had to be up in the morning and could not waste the time to do this. They should be ashamed of the way the room was presented to us and they way they treated us from the moment I brought up this issue. They may be located in a great area but they don’t respect their own guests and obviously have no pride in their service or room quality.

Had a great stay at the Inntel in Zaandam . Staff was awesome. Got a nice upgrade to the 11th floor with a nice view. Didn’t use the pool or gym, but they looked good. Had the room cleaned and new towels each day we were there. A real nice stay.

Es hat uns 4 Nächte sehr gut gefallen. Keine fünf Sterne, da ein Fahrstuhl über die gesamte Zeit defekt war. Dieses ist bei einem 12 stöckigen Haus in Stosszeiten unbefriedigend. Außerdem wäre etwas Abwechslung beim Frühstück wünschenswert. Es gab alle 4 Tage zwar leckere Dinge, aber halt gefühlt immer die gleichen Dinge.

The hotel is part of what seems like a resort village, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was perfect, clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It is walkable, and located close to transportation into the city.

It was okay. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the beds were good and the location was perfect. We did have some things that made the stay not great however. First, the mini fridge was not working and it had a really bad smell. We had brought some food from our previous hotel that had a kitchen, but we ended up throwing it out since the fridge didn't work. Second, one of the elevators was closed the entire time we were there, and that meant we had to wait for like 10 minutes every time we wanted to go up or down. This was hard especially when we checked out since we had 4 suitcases and a baby/stroller. The elevator to wayy too long since it was full every time. We ended up lifting our stroller down the stairs since we couldn't wait too long. There were a couple of things that we had to call for which made it a bit inconvenient. We had to call for mugs even though the room has a coffee machine, room service menu, and other small things. The hotel is also extremely warm all the time that we ended up sweating whenever we stepped out of the room. I like the idea of using the room key to save energy and enable the electricity, but you should at least get 2 keys. Otherwise, if my family wanted to stay in the room while I went out to get something, I had no key to get back in. Overall the stay was good, but there were some things that could be improved. The staff was great and helpful and the location itself was great

Great place to stay, I just could not determine the smell, entire place smells wierd, I mean, Usually hotel got this pleasant scent when you enter but I have noticed the entire building smells, hard to explain, we kind of assume that it’s probably from the hotel restaurant. over all it’s clean, staff were very friendly.

Bed was comfy and clean, bathroom was nice, staff were friendly. Bathroom had a window in it so was visible in the bedroom and we had to pinky promise not to watch each other pooping. Can confirm the property does have a problem with silver worms but I only saw the one in our bedroom. Bedside lamp switched on by itself in the middle of the night which was freaky, but again it only happened once. Overall the hotel was good and I would recommend it to a friend.

I would say the property is no even 1 star category. The room I got had a window with almost no view. All electric stair were not working and very dirty. The only beautiful thing was the picture of the hotel on the web. The window in my room was half can. you to a stair and drive way. The night front desk did not have any idea whe the room was located. If you try to get a non alcoholic beverage was no posible. I will not recommend this property and will not stays in this brand hotel. and for compensation gave me a 5 euro bag of cookie.

Big Clean rooms and plenty of shopping in the area. Staff was pleasant at check in. Beds were not that comfy. Mattered were hard but linens were plush and comfy. Park in the Q parking which is 19€ a day who h is great for the area. The hotel is a 20 Minute drive to Amsterdam.

Great property in a great location. It seems like everything around closed early. There’s a Primark for last minute outfits and a market if you need snacks like one minute walking. Also super cute from the outside, it’s a tourist landmark.

Everything was good until we had no klenex tissues replaced. I went to the front desk and I was advised they did not have access but someone would deliver. Three hours later no klenex to blow my nose. Went to the desk and I was told they were out of klenex. I gave instructions to get one from an empty room and replace my box. The girl followed my instructions.

Hotel’s facade is Zaandam's iconic view but the rooms are not as we expected. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had bathrooms with leaking showers. Water was just all over the place. Front desk people were all very nice except for one dirty blonde girl who was just very rude and didn’t want to be interrupted even briefly having us wait twice for one brief question.

Das Hotel war aufgrund der defekten Rolltreppe und des defekten Lifts, direkt vorm Hotel, mit den Koffern leider schwer zu erreichen.

The area was beautiful, staff was very nice and helpful. Food and dinks in the restaurant were excellent. Hugh selection for breakfast. All the shopping you really need in a short walk.

The staff were all very kind and helpful, they were able to help keep my medicine refrigerated while holding our luggage prior to check in when we arrived 4 hours prior from our flight. The room was clean and comfortable, and location close to the Zaandam station can’t be beat!
