âGreat room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. âIt was an amazing property. The breakfast that was included was top notch and had so many different options. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderful. The sand was very soft and my kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking. There was really no dining options around the area except for the resort and after being in other areas in Vietnam where food was very cheap, the pricing at the hotel seemed high although it was still cheaper that what we would pay in the US....
