”Stopped at the hotel on our way through Montana. When we showed up, we paid for our room, got our keys and headed to change to use the hot springs. Upon entering the elevator and the halls, we noticed it was very warm inside, but figured it was the heat from the day. Once we opened our room, we had a drastic shift in temperature. Our room was registering 63F degrees inside. My husband figured the AC had been left on, and went to adjust it, but it wouldn't turn on. We called the front desk...
