I had booked this hotel months ago when I knew I would be in Anaheim for the Disneyland Half Marathon weekend. All of the reviews were incredible, the room photos looked very updated and well kept, and it was walking distance to Disney. While I didn’t have a bad experience here per se, I definitely would not book again. After leaving my hotel room at 3am to run the Disneyland half marathon, I came back to no hot water to shower. I rinsed off quick in a very frigid shower and then went to Disneyland for the day. The staff informed me that they had someone working on the hot water situation and that they would hopefully have it back by night time. After a full day in Disney, I again came back to a room with no hot water at 10pm. I spent the next day in Disney as well, and by 9pm still had no hot water. It was not a great feeling ending such a fun trip with no hot water in my room for multiple days. From the reviews, this is not everyone’s experience. However, this was my first time ever in Anaheim, so it was not a great impression on where to stay next time. I also did not feel the room service was that well done. The bed was made everyday and fresh towels were put out, but things like the shower, sink, etc. definitely were not cleaned daily. The towel situation was also very inconsistent. Some days I had a full set of towels, other days I had shower towels but no wash cloths or hand towels.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay but I would not book again just from my experience.
