Our stay at Hyatt Place Anaheim Resort / Convention Center was average. While the location is convenient, not all staff members were friendly or helpful, and there seemed to be some communication gaps. The hotel does not provide daily room cleaning, which wasn’t clearly communicated in advance. We requested for daily cleans when our rooms were not cleaned on Day 1.
We had to request a crib four times before it was finally arranged, even though it had been requested during booking. There was no kettle in the room, though staff did provide a microwave as an alternative. When we inquired about bus services to Disneyland, the staff had limited information, which was disappointing given the hotel’s proximity to the park.
Additionally, no complimentary water bottles were provided — we were told we needed to sign up to receive two bottles per day.
Overall, it was an average stay. The hotel has potential but could certainly improve in terms of communication, guest service, and basic amenities.
