”The property was true to its description, very clean, and the kitchen was well-appointed. The carts and the elevator made it easy to move in. We enjoyed the pool and sitting on the balcony to watch the moon risings. The southeastern angle of the view was perfect. I wish the TV had an antenna so that we could screen in the local stations, like I do at home. But we managed with our computer. Overall, it was a great condo and deserved a 5 rating in every respect.”

”Had a great stay with my husband, 7 month old, and in-laws. Kitchen is spacious and updated, balcony area was nice and bigger than expected. There is a full bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second. Primary bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom sink which was a perk. Pool was not heated but an enjoyable space. Beach is beautiful, wide, and you can drive on it.”

The condo is decorated really well and you can tell they have a lot of pride and in their home- so many thoughtful touches throughout to provide for a wonderful stay. Dani with Euphoria was outstanding! Her customer service attention to detail is top notch and her quick responses where very appreciated. St. Augustine is a history rich area and we enjoyed exploring here. Thanks!”

Kitchen fully stocked, nice king sized bed in the master, comfy living room furniture, ground floor patio facing a conservation area and the ocean. 15 minutes to Old Town St. Augustine and another 10 minutes to the Outlet Mall, great restaurants within walking distance of the unit. We really appreciate this unit and dealing with Jeff, the owner. 🏖👍”

I appreciated the communication about what supplies were provided, so I could plan accordingly. St. Augustine city and beach were wonderful and we hope to return to stay here again.”

”We loved staying at this place… waking up with the sun and going to the pool, beach and playing tennis in the cloudy days. The apartment was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed… clean, white sheets, extra blankets for the cooler days, beautiful kitchen, dishwasher, washer and drier and an electric grill…The unit had games for the kids and is close the the Aligator Farm and the St. Augustine center with the amazing historic places, night life and… the ice cream… I wish I...
