”Buyer beware. When I booked, the property was listed as being close to Yosemite. When it came time to navigate from the park, our drive would have been over five hours! I called them to cancel and their response was, “well you can cancel, but you’re not getting a refund.” We were there at the end of April in beautiful weather so I didn’t expect any road closures. If you are going to book here, be sure to check maps first.”

”This was the worst stay I’ve experienced through Expedia. The AC was not working in the room and it was extremely hot and muggy. The property team showed no urgency getting it fixed. We checked in at 6:50pm and after periods of no response from the property team who initially told me a handyman would be up in 30 minutes, at 11:30pm we were told we could transfer to a different property of theirs in a different building. My partner and I then had to pack our bags again in the middle of the night...

”This resort was probably a shining star in the 90s but it's pretty dilapidated nowadays and in need of updating and renovations. The price was great for an apartment in that locations and the beds were comfortable - we did enjoy our stay! One major issue I want to mention, for families with young kids, is the spiral staircase to the loft. The spacing of the guard rails is so wide that even our 4 year old could have slipped right through and there's a major drop to the lower level - terrifying to...

”I would not recommend this property to anyone. The room was extremely small, and the bed was very uncomfortable. On the second day of our stay, the electricity went out. The property manager told us that the outage was affecting other properties in the area, that FPL was working on the issue, and that power would be restored by 5 PM. However, neighboring properties had electricity the entire time, while ours never came back on. The room became unbearably hot very quickly. We eventually had to...
