"Safe, spacious location! Loved the neighborhood & enjoyed being part of it for a week. This was a girl's trip-the 4 of us had plenty of room & enjoyed the comfy beds & well-equipped kitchen. "Was a bit of a shaky start but overall a great visit. Lugging bags up 3 flights of stairs and facing them every evening after long days of walking were a challenge. "This is a great place to stay in the Rockaways. It's a clean building and the apartment is spacious and had a view of the ocean .Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. "A great space for 2 adults and 2 teens with really comfy beds. The property is in a good, mainly quiet area - although this is the Lower East Side so certainly not glam! "The owner was very accommodating. He let us come at like 2am. The place was very clean and stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, towels and blankets.
