”Condo was an easy walk to the beach at the end of the street. Everything you needed to make a meal was available and well organized. Notebook of restaurants and things to do was helpful. Many restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks!”

”Everything was clean and accommodating. We had trouble getting the hot tub going, after extensive communication with the property manager we did get the hot tub working. The game room was enjoyed by the kids, but the pool table was a little outdated. The location was very convenient close to downtown and also plenty of activities around the property to enjoy.”

”Hot tub and pool were great for tired feet, as was the screened in back porch/patio. Two good bikes for riding around residential neighborhood and over to the ocean. Two of our three people are wildlife photographers. Being around the corner from the Alligator Farm Rookery was important to us. will definitely stay here again.”

”Stayed for New Years Eve and to see the “Nights of Lights”.House was in a great,easy location to walk into historic district and not have to worry about parking. Beds were all comfortable, very clean, would stay here again.”

”Enjoyed our 4-week stay at this house. It was spacious and had most amenities that we needed for a long stay. We had an issue with one of the sinks not draining, but that was promptly addressed and resolved within one day which was great. This house is conveniently located close to the beach (5 min drive) and to downtown St. Augustine (1 mile walk). We enjoyed everything the local community had to offer and hope to return this area again in the future.”
