-Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): King bed + ensuite bath (walk-in shower)
-Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed + shared full bath (shower)
-Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): Full bed + twin trundle
-Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Full bed
-Full bathroom downstairs with tub/shower combo

-Fully renovated kitchen with island seating for 4
-Dining area with seating for 6
-Cozy lounge w/ Smart TV, fireplace, and modern decor
-Second living space downstairs with another Smart TV
-Covered outdoor deck with seating

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home via smart lock entry. Free driveway parking is available. The garage is not accessible to guests. Please note there are interior stairs between the two levels and stairs to the interior entry door

Located in midtown Anchorage, this residential neighborhood offers easy access to downtown, the airport, and the best of Anchorage’s parks, trails, and dining. Enjoy a quiet setting while being just minutes from all the action.

Getting Around:
Free parking is available in the driveway. A car is recommended to explore Anchorage, though Uber/Lyft are also readily available.

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
