Newly remodeled Girdwood condo, steps from the ski slopes

Come enjoy this newly remodeled condo! Located just steps from the ski slopes, you can't find a better location than this. Walk to The Bake Shop in the morning for your coffee and cinnamon roll, or walk to the Sitzmark or Jack Sprat for dinner. There are premiere hiking trails available just steps from your door, or take advantage of the mountain biking trails at the resort. When you come back to the condo have a cozy night at home by the gas fireplace watching a movie on the big screen TV. Need to work from home? No problem! The condo has high speed internet as well.

The kitchen has been fully remodeled and is fully stocked for any cooking needs. The bathroom as well has been fully remodeled and includes a brand new washer and dryer. The one bedroom includes 2 sets of bunkbeds, a twin over twin and a twin over full. There is also a pullout sofa bed in the living room if you desire some division of space. We do limit the number of guests to 4.

Worked well for us as a home base for adventuring around Girdwood. Stacey was responsive and friendly to bring towels. Game room offerings were not functioning, but may be more available in season.Great stay.

Great condo

The condo met the needs of our family of 4, and we loved the location. Easy check-in and check-out. Owner was responsive to questions in a timely manner. The washer & dryer came in handy. We enjoyed our week here!

Great location with all the things!

This rental in Alyeska North is so well located and has all the amenities a family needs. Ability to cook a full meal, bunk space for extra kids, TV in both main room and bedroom, even a washer/dryer. It was so comfortable. We’d absolutely return! Thx.

Enjoyed our stay in Girdwood in this lovely, updated condo. Location was great; condo was impeccably clean and well-stocked. Only (very) minor issue for us was the size of the bunkbeds. My husband is very tall and didn't quite fit.

A Gem

This property and stay was all that was promised. Communication with the owners was quick and friendly I booked it for the excellent location to the lifts in a building I've stayed in several times before. The very pleasant surprise was the beautifully done remodel of this unit. The space was so nicely appointed with upgraded everything! Truly a gem 💎

Lovely Condo, great location

The condo has been recently remodeled and has everything you need for a great experience. Loved the area by the front door that easily holds all the snowy gear. Of all the places we've stayed in Girdwood, this one is easily close to the top of the list.

Squeaky clean, comfy, great location

This condo is well appointed, super clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Love the keypad, rather than trying to share keys among our family in winter coats. Kitchen has everything you need. Love the gas stove. Host was so helpful and kind when we got a bit lost on our way in.

Petite and Perfect!

This condo is by far the best overall I've ever rented! If ever back in Alyeska, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again! The (very recently renovated) unit is petite however the space has been well thought out and allows for efficient living. The owner(s) have done a great job outfitting the unit with all the necessary items. The place was spotless! The kitchen is modern with new granite, huge fridge, great sink! The bathroom, too, is new with a large walk-in shower and sink area, including a full-size washer/dryer. The owner was extremely responsive and most pleasant to work with! Pros: Just about everything! Owner does a great job! Super clean!!! Heater/stove works great Shower is great for tall folks Kitchen is well stocked Beds comfortable enough (for 60 YO's) Direct indoor access to indoor playroom/common area (internally locked door via the bathroom/laundry area) The sofa-bed in the living room was new. Although we didn't try the mattress, we opened up anticipating guests. Guests didn't happen however the mattress looks like it might be comfortable for a sofa-bed. Cons: Hmmmmm......it's really difficult to find any faults! The following is really stretching for constructive criticism!!! The bedroom door doesn't stay shut w/o a doorstop The unit is tricky to find at first....it's behind Jack Sprats! The door lock.....but only at first. (Now we love it and we're getting one for our home.) *******To open: enter code then press the raised, oval button on the bottom of the lock. *******To lock: enter code then press the big center circle w/ your thumb (until you get a red circle), then press the raised oval button on the bottom of the lock! Easy-peasy! The bunkbed setup is great for getting 4 beds however it was a wee bit difficult for older folks (60's). We weren't fond of the overhead beds. However, the beds were comfortable enough. We loved this little place, and we really respected the owners for their responsiveness and for the effort they put into their unit. We highly recommend the unit and the owners!
