This suite is perfectly situated if you are in town for a short trip or extended stay. The building is situated in a clean, quiet residential neighborhood adjacent to many local favorite restaurants, stores, trails, and bus routes. This unit comes modestly furnished, but is set up to met 99% of demands. Whatever you come to Anchorage for, this unit will meet your need. Bedrooms contain quality queen-sized beds which can be furnished with temperpedic toppers upon request. Bathrooms come with soaps provided complimentary, and have both tub and shower. Kitchen comes fully prepared and stocked with cutlery and utensils.

Very responsive host!!! I received a text and a phone call moments after I messaged the host. No issues! Nice spacious apartment I appreciate the nice kitchen, laundry and a comfortable place to stay. I felt safe and Walmart was a few blocks away. I’d stay again in a heartbeat

This is in a great central location where I could easy get around Anchorage with my rental car, and yet on a quiet street that has easy parking. Inside is super clean and comfy, and the laundry was an invaluable feature. Would absolutely stay again!

For my daughter’s first trip to Alaska this was a perfect spot! Great, kind neighbors who brushed the snow off our rental car just out of the kindness of their hearts, super easy access to downtown, Dimond Center, and Spenard, it was all around fantastic and I would definitely stay here again!

Only stayed for two days but it was phenomenal. The apartment was freshly cleaned and well maintained. You have all the utilities you could ask for and more. My only complaint is that neighbors could be loud going up and down stairs but that really can’t be controlled and was only a minor nuisance.

It was a nice place to stay for a few days before moving to Washington. It was conveniently located. No complaints, except someone checked to see if the front door was locked while I was there. It was a shock but I'm pretty sure it was just the owner making sure that I had the door locked or at least that's what I told myself.

It's a cute place close to everything. Great communication. There was an issue with our apartment prior to our arrival. Corbin reached out to us and let us know right away he moved us to another place in the same building. Didn't bother us at all. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Property was easy to find, clean, nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom with tub and shower. Clean kitchen with the addition of coffee, teas and coffee maker. They also included creamer which was a bonus! Lastly, It was a quiet area.

property was clean and represented correctly. Host checked in to see if everything was ok. kitchen wasn't furnished very well and kinda of a marginal neighborhood but did us well and i would rent again

We enjoyed our stay; however, the kitchen could use more pots & pans. The teflon was peeling and that is not good health wise. I purchased my own pan to cook with. A toaster and an actual coffee pot would be nice (there was a Keurig). Baking pyrex dishes would be nice as well and mixing bowls and a strainer. The cupboards were not very clean, a bag of rice from a previous stay was spilled over. I cleaned this and wiped it out. A couple of laundry detergent pods would have been nice. The floor where the TV was located had not been swept, there were actually dirty socks on the floor and the TV was difficult to figure out. Perhaps user instructions would be helpful, apparently the roku was unplugged. It was hit & miss hearing back from Corbin. We did enjoy our stay and loved the location of the facility. WalMart was a convenient walk. The price was great for our budget. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
