There's no better way to experience the magnificent beauty of the Pacific Northwest than in the heart of the Puget Sound at 'The Beachcomber,' a 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental home on Anderson Island. For an idea of what your stay might look like, picture breathtaking sunsets across the Olympic Mountains and calming blue waters lapping at the shore of your private beach. Days will consist of wildlife viewing along the sound, while evenings host cozy and quiet nights around the fire.

Perfect beach getaway
This house was perfect for a family getaway. The bunk bed room was a big hit with my kids, as well as the hot tub. There is a huge yard to run around and play, with access down to the beach with crabs, sand dollars, star fish, and more! The house was clean, cozy, well stocked and they even had a basket with treats to welcome us. There are trails all over the island with their own beach access that we loved exploring. Great, quiet getaway for our family.

Always a great time
Our second time staying here and loved it! It’s so quiet and secluded with a gorgeous view. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the property is adorable. Took one star off of cleanliness due to the hot tub being a little murky, but it didn’t detract from our overall stay.

Lovely place shredded in the woods
Just a really lovely, secluded place in the woods with private beach access (down an impressively long flight of stairs). Host communication was top notch. View and coziness were wonderful. We ended up with just 4 in our party, which was great. Might have been close quarters with more than that. Kitchen cooking tools could use a little better stocking, organization, labeling to take to next level, But overall, as described and grand.

This place is the definition of relaxation and beauty!!! The house is well appointed with gorgeous views. The hot tub was well maintained, also with a view. The fireplace was a wonderful spot for night time gatherings. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful Christmas
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was so cozy and charming with amazing views of the sound. To our surprise they had a beautiful Christmas tree put up, and other holiday decor to out for us. It really made our family Christmas gathering special.
