”La habitación que me asignaron estuvo bien, fui solo de viaje así que para mi estuvo bien, pero en cuestión de Wifi no tiene la mejor red, quería conectarme por cosas de trabajo y no funcionaba tuve que usar los datos de mi celular, y la pantalla del cuarto no se conectaba al Wifi. Lo demás estuvo muy bien.”

”me gusto mucho el lugar, el apartamento como en las fotos, limpio, amplio, iluminado, y una buena vista. El edificio tiene opciones de restaurantes, tiendas, cajeros, lo cual es genial. El personal es atento, el acceso es fácil y rápido. Es importante haber realizado el registro para que den toda la información. Las zonas comunes 10 de 10. Excelente estadia sin duda volveria. ”

”This hotel is new and great looking but its not sound proof. Talking in the hallways and at the elevator is like being in the room. Several nights you would think people were in your room talking. There's no signs for people to be quiet and respect others which should be common sense but apparently it isn't. Who talks like it's the middle of the day after midnight. I didn't sleep well here and wont return. Staff are all great and speak English ”

”I reserved a room specifically w a view of Medellin. My parents were given another room and the hotel management stated otherwise when even I showed proof they were not able to accommodate in a room w a view bc they were all booked. On top of that my parents were charged taxes for being Colombian residents but like I told them they have dual citizenship and have both passports and homes in US and Colombia and still, till this day we have not been reimbursed the way they said they would.
