”I had such a great time in this place. The owner was very kind, courteous and attentive. The housekeeping was on point. The place is very spacious, clean, modern and very very close to everything around it in walking distance. The only thing was the in unit wifi was choppy but it didnt change my opinion of the property at all. I am booking this unit again next time i am in Cali! ”

”The apartment feels new and it has all the basic stuff you need in the kitchen. The washing machine is a huge plus! The neighbourhood seems pretty safe at least we didn't have any problems. Nearby is the 70 street full of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The only problem for us was the noise at times, since the rooms are not completely sound proof to the street (for example ventilation holes that cannot be closed and are open towards the street). It is good for the apartment and it smells...

”Nice place in an excellent location. The internet/Wi-Fi works great for doing home office. The studios in the front can be pretty noisy. So, if you care, ask for an apartment in the back. They are much quieter. The neighborhood is safe to walk around, and there is much to do and places to eat. ”
