🏡 Charming Apartment in the Historic Heart of Andlau
Welcome to the Abbey Court, a spacious and comfortable apartment located in the picturesque village of Andlau, in the heart of Alsace. Nestled in a historic building, our accommodation combines old-world charm with modern amenities for an unforgettable stay.

Our spacious 73 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. 🛏️ It has two cosy bedrooms, each with a double bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, perfect for accommodating two children.

🍴The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare your meals as if at home. You will find a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, cooking plates, a Nespresso coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, as well as all the necessary utensils.
🛋️The living area includes a dining space and a living room corner with television.

The bathroom is functional, with a bathtub, a washbasin, as well as a separate toilet.

This accommodation is for 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults without children maximum. It is possible to accommodate 2 children or 1 adult only with the sofa bed.

📍 Ideal Location
Located at the foot of the Saint-Richarde church, our apartment is situated in the center of Andlau, one of the most beautiful villages in France, on the famous Alsace Wine Route. Just 30 km from Strasbourg, it is the perfect starting point for exploring the region, whether for cultural visits, wine tastings, or hiking in the surrounding area.

The cottage will be entirely yours. In order to satisfy you best during your stay:
- 📶 WIFI connection is free
- 🧺 Cleaning will be done
- 🛏️ Beds will be made with clean sheets, the necessary for the sofa bed will be provided,
- 🧴 Clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel

House Rules:
🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.

🐕 Pets are accepted upon request with a supplement of £30 per stay per animal.

🧹Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and tidy the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a so-called "complete cleaning" supplement before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 60€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you

📝 A digital contract signature and your identity document, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
