”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. ”This is a great hotel if you're traveling by train. The station is right next to it. I was afraid there would be noise, hustle and bustle, but no, everything around is incredibly clean and quiet, and the entire city is within walking distance. I was amazed by the authentic French breakfast and the staff at the hotel. Thanks to the team, everything was great.”

”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”A fine hotel and what a scent they have there! Not suitable for those who are sensitive to fragrances, but we loved it. We walked first pass the hotel because it was hard to notice even if you were at the front door. We loved the decor of the hotel. The street was quite noisy sometimes. ”

”Erinomainen hotelli vanhan kaupungin sydämessä, oma sisäpiha/terassialue, oma pysäköintialue. Upgrade deluxe-huoneeseen. Monipuolinen ja herkullinen aamiainen. Hotelli mainostaa kuntosalia, mutta se on itse asiassa puolen kilometrin päässä oleva sali, jossa on myös kaksi squashkenttää.”

”I was disappointed for several reasons: 1. Airco didn't work. 2. The hall lamp did not work. 3. The sink drain was blocked. 4. No ironing kit available (quite important when on a business trip and your shirts are wrinkled). 5. ”Very nice and clean hotel at 10 minutes walking distance from the railway station. You can discover the city walking. I liked a lot the design and the way how responsibility was promoted at the hotel.”

Hinta/laatu -suhde oli erinomainen. Tosin ilmeisesti hinta eBookersin kautta oli huomattavasti listahintaa edullisempi.”

”Everything was good: the room, the location and the breakfast! The only thing that could have been better was the view from our room (towards the parking lot & some forest instead of the beautiful wineyards on the other side of the hotel.”

”I stayed for 4 nights doing day trips to wine towns. Hotel was close to station and town. Lobby bright and cheerful. Breakfast was sufficient. Room had good air-con and a comfy bed. It was a bit dim though. ”
