”One night stay, my room was single with one bed, quite spacey and light room, bathroom with shower cubicle, You can enjoy drinks and dinner also on top roof restaurant outside with nice views. Reasonable prices of menu and drinks. Good breakfast, but very slow and noisy coffee machines with high whisling peeps all the time (4 machines). You cannot avoid that sound and therefore headache is mandatory. Quick service at reception and easy to reach from the airport and return.”

”The mini fridge in the hotel room was faulty. We noticed this on the first night staying there and went to the reception in order it to be fixed. It took a total of four contacts to the reception staff for the fridge to be swapped out for a functional one. The previous three (!) reception staff members were not helpful in aiding us.
One thing worth pointing out is that the towels are not exchanged during the daily room cleaning. The rooms don't have AC so it can get hot during the summer,...

”Excellent location with nice restaurants and cafes around the block. Got a big room towards the back, quiet. Good bed. Nice staff and breakfast was delicious.
My only issue was soudproofing between rooms, it’s an old historic building. Also heard the music from the lobby during the night ( had 2nd floor room) but it did not affect my sleep. Would happily stay again. ”

”This was our second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately the level of service had clearly declined. The reception area and overall appearance were excellent, but beyond that, the experience was disappointing.
On both mornings, many breakfast items had run out across several stations. We waited 15–20 minutes for pancakes, but when no new ones appeared, we eventually decided to leave. The “crispy bacon” was anything but crispy.
If the hotel knows it is fully booked, management should ensure that...
