”The first room we were”

”We were hoping the pool would be open when we were there in mid May.”

Once I got my key, I had to drive to behind the man building and it was kind of hard to see because there were no signs or street lights. Once I got into my room I was hit with an overwhelming smell of fabuloso cleaner. This is usually a sign of a clean space but it felt overkill for the room to still be so untidy. ”The was pleasant. The room was relatively updated. The carpets truly need to be shampooed and the elevator floor was gross with layers of dirt. The room was ok. There was a bug in the bathroom and the tub was cheaply resurfaced (there was a large patch that covered most of the tub bottom). The tub should just be repaired and the wall paper was pulling away from the wall. I don’t intend to stay here again.”

”The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. The third night I had to find someone in housekeeping to get clean towels. The room was nonsmoking but obvious it had been smoked in. I reported...

”The room was clean and the breakfast delicious. The staff member the night we checked in was fantastic! He saw us walking around the building to check in and allowed us in a back door. The morning desk worker had to take her blue tooth earbuds out to hear questions which felt very unprofessional. It would be nice to have non-dairy milk and creamer options available.”

”The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. The people in the room next to us partied all night as loud as they could and staff refused to do anything about it. Ended up checking out at 3am because we obviously weren't going to get any sleep and...
