Angram Grange Hotellit

”Very rude staff and rooms that are not great for the price they charge. The parking situation is also pretty bad, ended up having to park quite far from the hotel entrance, and with lots of luggage, it was an extra hassle. I'd say spend your money elsewhere.”

”Lovely junior garden room with a very nice view! Very cosy and dog friendly! Super food served and the staff especially Jane & Lauren were so lovely and gave super service! Would highly recommend staying or dining here!”

”Clean Room. Staff Good.Breakfast Good. Bar Good. Food Good.”

”Everything was lovely but the food was amazing. I would stay again just for the restaurant.”

”Had a quick overnight stay on a tour of Yorkshire with partner and four-year-old. The family room was very clean and comfortable with a solid bunk bed for the kid and huge comfy bed for us. It's right on the main square in the village so very nice for walking around. All the parking spots were taken when we were there (there was a local farm show on that day so not terribly surprising), but parking overnight in the square was just fine. Breakfast was really tasty; fresh ingredients beautifully...

”The property was in a rural location and looked attractive from the outside. The staff were all friendly and helpful and breakfast was nice. The bedroom was quite dark and as its an old building wasnt particularly well sound proofed. The bathroom constantly had a terrible smell, like damp. This was very unpleasant.”

”Had a nice stay for our anniversary. Good suggestions for local walks. Wine and food was nice. It was a little disappointing that they did not do anything to mark our 10 year wedding anniversary and we had put a note on our booking. Drinks are quite expensive £6.50 for a pint/£10 for prosseco glass”

”Was nice. Breakfast was good”

”Breakfast , parking, staff, cleanliness”

”Room was big and clean with a lovely bed. Bathroom was ok but looking a bit tired. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great, everything you could want including omlettes. Didnt like the orange juice was more like orange squash. Public areas were modern and clean.”

”Staff were amazing 10/10 Food amazing Very accommodating Rooms says soundproof but wasn’t and corridors smell of the food, overall though we had a lovely time and used as a base and we enjoyed the food they served 10/10”

”We stayed one night as a stopover on our way home to Scotland. We had a superior double room in the lodge part of the hotel. Stunning room. Very spacious even with what looked like a super king bed. Lovely to have the little terrace space. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant and excellent breakfast in the morning. Loved the different options to normal offerings with overnight oats and yoghurt smoothies. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely dog friendly hotel which we’d love to...

”Beautiful setting, Staff friendly and very helpful. Room was charming. Plenty of parking. We had underfloor heating and found the room too hot through the night and bed a little to hard for me. If looking for hairdryer ours was positioned behind the curtain and unable to find it when I needed it.”

”Its a village pub. Vegi food was disgraceful but fine if you want a supermarket quiche warmed up and you want to pay £16 for it with re-fried chips! Window was held open by a block of wood! Bed was very rock and roll!”

”Excellent food and very friendly staff”

”We booked this as a last minute booking and wasn't sure ehat we were expecting but wow what a place! Beautifully designed, nice and relaxing. Staff couldnt do enough and great value for the rooms, Breakfast was lovely too! Only 20 minutes away from York City Centre will definitely be staying again”
