The winery on-site was convenient but the staff there was not as accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but would not go back.”

”Plum Point Lodge is located on a nice, quiet stretch of Lake Seneca. The property was very well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. The seating area on the dock was fantastic. It was such a relaxing stay, and we will definitely be back again!”

The description for the hotel did not mention this. No restaurants were open for breakfast Sunday through Tuesday and there were very limited...

The experience itself was unusual. I was greeted briefly by someone who handed me the key, but after that I didn’t see a single staff member, and there’s no real reception...
